got a headache that wont quit. Already taken a handful of advil, any other ideas?

you probably shouldn't take naproxen if you've already taken ibuprofen and you def. shouldn't take aspirin--tylenol should be safe though

drink a shitton of water and ingest some caffeine, to make sure it isn't dehydration or caffeine withdrawl

The only times this doesn't get rid of a headache of mine is when it's a migraine

I swear by Goody's. If that fails, a tablespoon of cayenne pepper in about 4 ounces of cold water will do the trick though (be prepared for hell). Both remedies work in about 15 minutes.

have someone rub/press your hand, in the meaty area between your thumb and palm...i don't know if that's acupressure BS or an old wives' tale or what, but it works for me (and if it's just a placebo, i'm okay with that)

that works for me too as does a solid foot massage
if you have something "hard" that you can roll under your feet then that might help
