having to go through the trouble of talking with the police and comforting the owners because the owners were too careless to take care of there cat.

and its pretty fucking obvious that the cat jumped out or wasnt seen by the driver so i see no reason why the driver should be bothered by this incident.

of course, had this been a human this would be different but for gods sake.. its just a fucking stupid cat.
