This is the neighborhood at the end of Edwards Mill, near the Wendy's. Walking distance to Hockey, Basketball, and Football games.

I'll be honest, the room isn't very big, but big enough for a bed, desk, dresser, tv

Rent is $375 a month (includes electricity)
the only other payment is for cable/satellite. (around $25 a month)
There is wireless internet as well.

So about $400 a month total.


Current roomates.

One (male) is a 9-5er with Charles Schwab (sp??) but doesn't usually hit the bed til midnight
One (female) who works in a restaurant and is a pretty cool chick
One (male), myself, works weird ass hours managing a movie theater. (yes, that means I have a good DVD collection and get free movie tickets)

Pros:
House is and end unit by a cul-de-sac with plenty of parking
as mentioned, walking distance to RBC/Fairgrounds/Carter Finley
Really close to 40/440
Pool Table
Bar
Beerpong in the garage
New couch and LCD on the way
Fairly cool roomates

Cons:
Not that big of a room.
Sharing a bathroom with other people (we've never had issues with this)
Kayla, one really cool dog


We are average in the cleanliness department. We like to keep things tidy but are far from clean freaks. We do have a rotating chore list. (kitchen, floors, living room, trash)

We tend to have people over, mostly on the weekends and party it up some. We throw down pretty well for New Years.
