One of the story highlights (on cnnsi.com) made me laugh: Because he is under 21 years old, he cannot consume any alcohol before driving

I know you can have a certain amount in your body but it just makes it sound like you can fuck crazy once you are over 21.

If he blew under the legal limit I think he will be fine.

There are more people in this country that haven driven home with a legal BAC at that age then have not i would imagine.

The breathalyzer was a .03. He was charged with drinking and then driving. But not a DWI. Any amount of alcohol in your system and then driving is a misdemeanor if you're under 21.
