if you watch the extras on the Bender's Big Score dvd, they talked about the next of three full length movies including Beast with a Billion Backs...i believe there is even a trailer/teaser

I liked it, I think big score was a little better but BWBB was still really funny. It felt less forced than BBS and more like a normal ep instead of a "oh yeah, we're fucking back" kinda thing

even if i downloaded it, i'd still buy it when it came out. its one thing to download some tv show that has already aired, as they've already made money off advertising... if no one bought the dvd, they're only really losing money on dvd production.

To give this installment an extra boost of star power, Cohen recruited Arrested Development star and Mr. Show alum David Cross to voice for the role of the oversexed, tentacled beast Yivo, who becomes infatuated with all the denizens of Earth. "He's hilarious and has the right amount of natural sleaze in his voice," said Cohen. Joining Cross is a voice cameo by renowned physicist Stephen Hawking, who gets big laughs for a scene in which his pickled head shoots lasers out of its eyes at an unruly audience of science professors. Hawking isn't the only guest who reprises a Futurama role. Old-school fans of the show will be able to pick out appearances by the Harlem Globetrotters, Dan Castellaneta's mischievous Robot Satan, evil Richard Nixon's head and those lascivious Amazonian women. Cohen described the third Futurama DVD, Bender's Game (currently in post-production), as a fantastical adventure to an alternate universe to get to the bottom of the high prices of dark matter, which is used as fuel in the 30th century. I admit, I'm a prude.

Disappointed to hear that they ramped up the vulgarity of the show. Futurama can still be funny without resorting to "since it's taboo/controversial to say or do, it must be funny".

Guess I'll have to see for myself.

I thought the first 3/4 of it were incredible, but the last 20 or so minutes kind of dragged a bit.

If they break it up into episodes the last one is going to suck.

Bender's Game looks awesome.

I loved it, up until about the time Fry becomes Tentacle Pope. The movie kinda got boring and not as funny from there. I like BBS better.

I watched the special feature with footage from the Futurama video game. Kinda funny, but pretty meh. I liked the way they explained extra lives.

I was pretty disappointed. Felt like they relied too much on throwback jokes in some places (bender shitting the bricks, etc).
