i'm getting new glasses on friday....here are the two frames i'm deciding between...i have a pretty narrow face (almost kid size) so i can't do a lot of glasses....these looked the best on me by far....opinions....

i'm leaning toward the first pair....but i like the second pair too (they are just a little wide for my face)

When I went glasses shopping the sales lady whipped out her own digital camera and took pics for me.

I like the 2nd one but if they're really too wide go with the first. Not good to have glasses that don't properly fit your face.

i like the second pair so maybe when i got back i can find some that are similar in shape but not so wide....


the first pair have the basic shape i like but then the lens is more rounded so it's sorta odd looking....but they fit my face better than any other pair i tried on....

like i said earlier....my face is narrow and my nose is crooked so it takes a special kind of all plastic glasses to look right on me without sitting all wonky on my face

i have to go with a medium to darker brown since i'm fair skinned with nearly black hair and dark eyes....if i got any darker i look like a freak and if i go any lighter it just looks retarded....

i wrote down the style so i wouldn't forget but i left the piece of paper on the counter....

Pictures of glasses are worthless unless they are on your face at the time. I'd have to see how your eyes are centered within the lenses, how the width fits your face, color against your skin tone, etc.

That last pair is pretty similar to my Gucci frames (model 1504 if you want to check them out):

apparently i have the most perfectly symmetrical eyes and ears on the planet...or so i've been told by the lady that fits my glasses....


unfortunately my nose is crooked as hell and sits off at a wonky angle so the rest of my face is lopsided
