1/4 pound of hot italian sausage
1/4 pound of smoked andoulie sausage
1/2 pound of ham steak
1/3 pound of cubed pepperoni
1/2 green pepper
1/2 onion
32oz Chicken Broth
2 shots vodka
Salt
Pepper
Garlic
half a pound of gemelli pasta


hope it turns out well

i'm really hoping that a little of the bitter bite from the cheap vodka makes it in(thats why i used it ) not too much but i just want a hint of it

a little warm for summer

Sounds really good except for the ham steak

I'd probably cook it with a hambone and take it out at the end

^ that place is right by my house. They have great hrs too. 8-8...and they serve more than soup.

Mmm. With the chicken broth base, that'll still come out pretty light-ish. Wondering if the pepperoni would even come through after all the nice tastes from the sausages....

^^ it does sorta, mainly when you bite into pepperoni

but over all it was a good soup, though next time i might try a little less ham and a little more italian sausage
