Yeah, I know its SUPER early to even be discussing this stuff. But yahoo already opened up their leagues for drafting so its obviously relevant.

I was bored here at work so I went ahead and had a practice draft, pretty sure my team is gonna wreck shop this season, even though I doubt I'll check on it much.

I had the last pick out of 8 teams

QB1: Tom Brady
QB2: Jake Delhomme
WR1: Randy Moss
WR2: Steve Smith
WR3: Marvin Harrison
RB1: Ronnie Brown
RB2: Darren McFadden
TE: Antonio Gates
W/T: Devin Hester (we get return yards/TDs)
DEF: New England
K: Stephen Gostkowski
D: AJ Hawk
DB: Terrence McGee
DL: Mario Williams

Bench: Willie Parker - RB
Bench: Reggie Bush - RB
Bench: Reggie Williams - WR
Bench: Matt Leinart - QB
Bench: Donald Lee - TE
Bench: Shaun Alexander - RB

Since nobody wants to draft a real team this early

We should do a mock draft on here

10-12 people just cycle thru making picks to see who can come up with the best team

Could be a decent way to kill some time this afternoon

Has McFadden even signed yet?

Why would you have a draft this early?

I'd hate for my #1 pick to get hit by a bus in mid June and die before the season is even 2.5 months away..

yeah, its pretty much just to kill time here at work

and its under a secondary email address, so like I said, I probably wont keep track of this team at all

McFadden hasnt signed yet, but I'm sure he will before the season.

I think Harrison will be fine, but if not, he shouldnt really be a #1 option anymore anyways

I forgot that Shaun Alexander is a free agent, so I dropped him and picked up Jonathan Stewart for the Panthers

Do most of you use defensive players in your leagues like what he listed?

I have never been in one that does and I think it would be neat to use them.
