ScHpEnXeL In my studying of the art of puss relieving, I have seen many people use a surgical blade. Now if you don't have access to one I've seen people use things like an exacto knife... I'd just be sure to cut right on top of the bump and not necessarily make it long...but make it deep to penetrate the actual bump.

I don't believe you can buy lidocaine (sp?) (in a shot version) OTC, but there are certainly numbing creams that you can get. I don't know if it would work, but perhaps some sort of tooth numbing cream that people use for toothaches maybe? Or maybe not. Also, perhaps you could ice it. Just put an ice cube on it for longer than you can stand it and let it numb

My sister had this weird inverted pore thing once on her ear. I smelled it. True it was not a good smell, but it's the smell of an awesomeness occurring so it's almost like a good gross smell.

ive got about 5 significant sized cysts. the biggest is on the front of my left quadricep, the 2nd biggest is on my left forearm. not sure if they're the same kind as in those videos though. the one in my leg is about the size of a marble.
