yep, crushed em in the HINGE side of a heavy door. one is broken at the far joint, the other just bruised all to shit. cant make pizza for a week or so. and that's ok. i have a pretty good pizza crew.

damn, man. hope it feels better soon. here's a true story that's only similar cauuse it's about being fingerbanged... extended as much as possible to waste everyone's time.

don't know if you guys deal with slicers, but when i worked at the jersey mikes in the QUAY, i was starting to clean the blade. and its a lot faster (and more dangerous) to do the first part while using a bar towel to apply some pressure to a running blade.

ANYWAYS, i forgot to close the blade to 0 thickness (flat) before starting to clean it ... and it treated my flesh the same way it would treat a block of danish ham. lucky for me, the owner/manager was a good guy who insisted that someone take me for treatment immediately (he could have been like 'workers comp!!!1 drugtest the hippy!!1 i'm not paying!)... and they did some pretty painful burning tyoe thing to makle it stop bleeding, etc.

moral of the story, i feel your pain, and in my case, the actual situation ended up being more painful (physically and mentally) than the days afterward. then again, i didn't break anything.
