Daniels Hall inner courtyard access, where you walk down that flight of stairs near the 24 hour entrance. Really crappy considering how they just finished renovating the building a couple years ago.

or you went by at 5 in the morning and the demolition crew wasen't there yet... that's why there's the big bright yellow caution tape... it means not a good time to walk through here.

Yeah, considering the amount of bricks there, either something hit it, or it's part of the eternal never-ending Daniels renovations.
