My business partner and I are thinking of buying a shelf corporation to garner bigger sums of money, rather than going to a bank, since we are in a credit crunch.
I was just wondering if anybody had any experience using the system and I will gladly e-mail the PDF file I have received. There are many companies that do these programs and we found one that's ridiculously cheap...perhaps too cheap.
Please to be offering your advice t-dub! 6/19/2008 11:58:01 AM |

Investors/grantors of credit will dig deep into the company as part of their DD. They'll look at officers and such, who will need to be verified. They look at a lot more than just the incorporation date. I don't know anything about the actual business resellers/brokers.

Ah. God dammit. I hate this fucking world, sometimes. And then other times I realize I got myself into the mess I'm in and so I shut up about it.
Ah well, time to learn PHP on my own and buy my own server. 6/19/2008 12:04:03 PM |
