Probably the worst injury I have seen on a soccer fieldhttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4OTIPGgzkL0Replay at 30 seconds shows extent of horrific injury

6/23/2008 3:18:04 PM
haha flop
6/23/2008 3:18:56 PM
have you ever had your bare foot stepped on with a metal cleat?it really fucking hurts
6/23/2008 3:34:29 PM
lol, what a little bitch.

6/23/2008 3:39:20 PM
6/23/2008 3:39:51 PM
I had my knee ripped apart in high school by a metal spike when some fucktard came in trying to break up a double play with his foot up... I completed the DP though I couldn't get out of the way without completing the throw so I had to hang in there... the turn at 2B is dangerous as shit if idiots don't know how to do a take out slide...[Edited on June 23, 2008 at 3:42 PM. 6/23/2008 3:41:38 PM
what a pussy.this proves what type of "man" plays soccer.
6/23/2008 3:45:23 PM
haha I'm just wondering what the German dudes were saying to him as he lay there writhing in pain
6/23/2008 3:49:18 PM
6/23/2008 3:52:35 PM
oh you silly europeans
6/23/2008 3:55:05 PM
Yeah, I'm not sure how or why they calculate contact/pad ratio, since Bball seems to have more contact without any pads.....
6/23/2008 3:55:10 PM
seriously folkscristiano is a flopper, we all know thatbut the writhing is because he got stepped on with metal cleats on his essentially bare feet (if you've ever worn vapors, you know)as far as contact goes, there's way more violent contact in soccer than in basketballincidental/body to body contact is about equal ]
6/23/2008 3:55:36 PM
If he just got his foot stepped on with a metal cleat he needs to man up and not be a bitch. I can see why he wouldn't be able to play the rest of the game but don't make a huge scene out of it.
6/23/2008 3:55:46 PM
he had on cleats and he got his foot stepped onyou'd think he had just had his knee popped out of place by a 250 lb linebacker or something, the way he writhed aroundbtw just so you dont think i'm being completely biased, i think paul pierce completely flopped like a bitch in game 1...a wheelchair? get real]
6/23/2008 3:57:20 PM
let's contrast united's 7 with united's 16ROY MOTHERFUCKING KEANE

6/23/2008 4:00:01 PM
i absolutely hate cristiano ronaldo, he is the epitome of all that is wrong with soccer. anytime someone gets within ten feet of him he flops on the ground and rolls around crying like a little bitch, i seriously wish that he would get a career ending injury so that i don't ever have to see his unbelievable theatrics again. the same goes for anyone else who flops, they don't deserve to play the game anymore.
6/23/2008 4:00:21 PM
That pad ratio thing is also retarded to bring up about soccer being tough. I don't see cross country runners wearing pads so that must mean their sports is tough. Soccer doesn't have enough contact to warrant pads besides shin guards and even then they shouldn't wear shin guards.
6/23/2008 4:00:48 PM
Yeah, not enough contact:
6/23/2008 4:02:38 PM
soccer is not a tough guy sportI like playing on the weekends for excercise, because it is the most draining sport in that regardbut its not like soccer players are warriors at all
6/23/2008 4:03:32 PM
hey look how violent baseball is...this happens like every inning of every game
6/23/2008 4:03:36 PM
6/23/2008 4:05:36 PM
The sport and culture of soccer is a horrible accident
6/23/2008 4:06:43 PM
wow, what a flop. rugby players get raked and stamped on all the time and they don't roll around for 10 minutes. as long as its not on the head or chest theres no reason to flail around.look at this, bonnaire barely flinches when he gets stamped on the face:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n0soxm9uFYQ

i dont see many fat mexicans playin soccerthese mexicans and the jamaicans they play with would whip the crap out of youface it, those mexi-maican wars on the IM fields are as good as it gets in the world of soccerremember how easy it was to find replacments during the soccer strike?[Edited on June 23, 2008 at 4:09 PM. besides...we're (most of us) in the US...theres no professional level soccer in the US
6/23/2008 4:10:03 PM
yeah I dont play with mexicans, mainly white college kids around UNCCI mean I suck, but I hate running so its a good substitute because I'm sure I run several miles everytime I play
6/23/2008 4:10:17 PM
how many times to you hit the ground in hopes of sitting out or drawing some penalty when you were never touched?how many times does someone score in your games?i bet you hit the ground more than the amount of goals made
6/23/2008 4:11:29 PM
I hit the ground a few times since I always try to do crazy Lou Kang bicycle kicks but I never get them rightbut we don't call penalties really, except this one time this kid named Eric kept handballing on purpose so we said he couldn't play anymore, then he acted gay and stole my water bottle
6/23/2008 4:13:58 PM
Hells yeah i got your back Zomb. I'm tired of these soccer people saying how much physical contact is in their sport when its barely any at all.
6/23/2008 4:13:59 PM
6/23/2008 4:14:13 PM
theres more contact in one post practice shower than a whole season of soccersoccer is a sport for women so they can have somethin to play, men shouldnt be playin it there are more mature options[Edited on June 23, 2008 at 4:15 PM. Reason : d]

My dad played soccer in high school. In one game he was going to head the ball and another player went to kick it. The result was not pretty. He started to get up and the ref shoved him back to the ground so he wouldn't see how much blood there was, and I suppose to try to slow down the bleeding. Many stitches were required, obviously
6/23/2008 4:20:10 PM
6/23/2008 4:20:15 PM
