If they appologize and send you a replacement quickly i wouldn't make a big deal out of it. Shit happens.

yeah it's gotta be worse than that.

i ordered a couple of hard drives and first they lost the order (special pricing) and then charged me twice.

i made sure i got my money's worth out of the experience.

and now i have my money's worth in a new dell q9300 quad core.

too bad it's a microatx board and it's a dell. oh well. at least i can run sims on it.

woot has a pretty good deal on a quad core today too. Comes with a 1TB HDD and a Blu-Ray drive for $649.

Did you make sure the replacement they sent was a new display and not a refurbished one? I've been down that road before.

Buy a DOA monitor
They send a refurb as a replacement
It has problems
They send another refurb
It has problems
They finally do what they should have done in the first place. Send a new monitor.

Sucks to pay new monitor price for a refurb unit. Always make sure.
