I have a 3-bedroom apartment at the centennial village near NCSU campus. There is a bus stop by the apartment complex for the campus and downtown area (Wolfline and CAT).
The apartment is a three bedrooms, each room has a private bathroom. There is a wide living area and kitchen. The apartment contains washer and dryer as will.

I am leasing each room separately for $400 (original rent is $420 per room), the rent includes electric bill, water, cable TV, and high speed internet cable. There is no deposit, no application fees, and $100 off for the first month.

$60 * 12 months = $720
