does anyone know of any books or anything for ext?

i mean i've got the full API reference on my webserver but i really like having something physical that i can reference

i stuck the whole API reference into a pdf and it ended up being a little over 1000 pages - if worst comes to worst i can get our print shop at work to print me a copy, but i figured i'd look for something first.

the only books i can find about js frameworks deal with dojo, and i'm not particularly fond of dojo.
