hmmm.... BBQ chicken for me.Couple nice, thick, fresh chicken breasts (boneless).Marinate in cheap white wine, mcCormick grillin' rub, seasoned salt, & Texas Pete. (2-3 hrs)After marinated partially butterfly and stuff full of favorite cheese (I like Monterrey Jack)Get grill to 350-400, apply chickenSauce:cup or so of brown sugar1/4 cup of honey1/4 stick of butter, meltedequal parts to favorite bbq sauce (we get KC Masterpiece from Costco, fav. is honey bbq from foodlion)Apply sauce liberally to chicken.Cook 4-5 minutes (not done on that side intentionally) & flip.Apply sauce. Cook 8-10 depending on thickness & flip to finish bottom side cookingApply sauce.Kill grill (when done) & apply remainder of sauceTop with a cheese (garnish).Let remaining heat in grill melt cheese.Sit for 2-5 minutes (rest/cool) and enjoy! I like it best with a nice carbohydrate side (maybe pasta salad) and some homemade yeast rolls (grandma FTW.)

I cook a decent amount... Here's another: California style burritosCook hamburger or chicken via taco packet directions...Black beans (fresh=better, but need the night before to soak)Rough Chop Romaine heartsRough Chop Roma tomato --Add white vinegar, parsley, oregano, garlic, olive oil for a rough salsa --Add red pepper flakes or crushed jalapeno to tasteFresh Cheese (I like super sharp cheddar for its bite here)& a handful of Feta CheeseCombine ingredients on a 18" Tortilla (mexican store) or 12" (normal grocery). 1 makes an awesome meal for on-the-go, wrapped in a good burrito it won't make a mess.
