No biggie happens all the time at the gym... Haha, that is much more than I can do. I can't isolate any significant amount of weight with my upper body because I have torn ligaments in my elbow...I can do really low weight dumbbells and that is how I work out my chest and arms...[Edited on June 26, 2008 at 4:27 PM. Reason : x]

my legs are huge though... always have been from cycling, soccer etc.I can walk into peak and do sets with the entire stack on almost any machine except the women muscle ones.....

yeah slower and steady with lower weight works stabilizing muscles better.so thats what i do wed fri and sun upper body tues and thurs lower.I did incline : 185decline: 225flat: started with 190 felt too fatigued moved to 175tricepts fatigued so i did elliptical for a while thenmillitary press: 165then did all the inverse pull motions yadda yadda yadda but all anyone knows are the presses so there are the numbers.[Edited on June 26, 2008 at 5:23 PM.
