Would there be any issues with me buying a data card/service from verizon and then returning it after the weekend? My understanding is you get 30 days to return everything if you decide you don't want it. I don't mind paying for an entire month of service as long as I'm not stuck in a contract afterwards.

Any experience with this idea?

You'll be on the hook for $35 activation fee and prorated for the number of days in the month you have it.

Yeah I had one with cingular for a while but got to where I never used it so it wasn't worth the monthly fee so I canceled it
