i put all my wine in the fridge, i don't give a FUCK what anyone says about whether it's "supposed" to be whatever temp...

white wine, generally imo, is much better out of the fridge than warm..

red wine, i prefer around 50-60 degrees or whatever..

white wine is chilled... yes, put that mother fucker in the fridge and stop waiting for us to answer your question.

^ red wine not being chilled is a common misconception. people say it's better served "room temp" which is usually around 70-75 or something. but when they keep wine in cellars it's underground, and the temp there is usually low 60s or something like that... so, no, it's not supposed to be room temp.. it's "supposed" to be around 60 degrees or something like that. this is all what i remember reading from somewhere, i can't remember where, but it was some kinda wine thing or something like that..

i think people should drink wine at whatever temp they prefer.. cold, warm, hot.. whatever

I generally prefer red wine to be chilled what I'm at home... I don't really care if that is "white trash" or not... I'm sorry, but anyone who knows me/my family knows that I'm not that...

Why not drink something at home the way you like it?

red wine doesn't go in the fridge

(unless it's red bubbly or a blend)

Its all in your preference and it all kind of depends on what wine you are drinking. But chilling a red wine can hide some of the wine's flavors. Right at 70 degrees is a good temperature to me.

this is why i just drink cheap beer. there's no room for confusion. you just get it ice cold and you're good to go. no one ever argues over whether or not their coor's light should be cold or not.
