the actual members of the chapter will take the hit from this one, the lawyer is going for the DU organization but the way these things go there's usually a clause somewhere in the chapter charter agreement that the organization is not responsible for the actions of a particular chapter. The chapter will be suspended more than likely and for a year or two until they can recycle new members into it that aren't going to soil it's name.

Yeah I agree with that. I was pretty good friends with some of the DU's at State and had partied and tailgated with them a number of times. They weren't your stereotypical frat. They were generally good guys and not your typical fratty douchebag that only is concerned with partying. I think one year they even had the highest GPA on campus out of all the frats.
