-it's from my manager's office Snewf - I only have a cube (I meant our collective office, as in our floor)
-the first picture wasn't taken by me, it was taken by a coworker who actually had a nice camera with him. the rest are some I took with my iPhone

I used to work in University Tower in Durham, and we'd see hawks flying around the building on thermals all the time. Very cool.

Yeah I had seen them a few times look like they were heading up to land on the roof above us, or even once or twice gliding down in the open. Still it was cool - for whatever reason it let several of us get right next to the glass, maybe 2 ft away from it and it didn't care.

i worked on that building when it was being built... wiring electrical systems on the floors.

i used to hang out on the top floor, looking at that exact same view, but there were no windows.

i looked at my window today to see if this could ever happen for me, but the ledge is only about 4 inches and then it slants downward about another foot before its vertical...probably dont get hawks over here
