Home Improvement is good show. It's not great but definitely better than most of the garbage out there. I think I like it because I watched it as a kid. Not sure I'd like it if I watched it for the first time now.

Seinfeld is just pure genius! The writers did a great job at picking apart and analyzing social etiquette. Each character has a strong unique personality and this even extends to a lot of supporting characters. Jackie Chiles is one of my favorites.

I think the people that don't find it funny either can't relate to it or haven't given it enough time. It can take a while to warm up to it. The show isn't for everyone and I'm not surprised that it has its share of haters.

Fair to judge anyone who didn't like it at the time, especially the age any one of us would have been at that time.

But when evaluating it now (current era and age), I'd judge anyone who doesn't think the show is pretty bad.
