BUT, lets say that Mayfield has been labeled a racist in the past. and lets also say that the central collection department has loaded the office with african americans. Mayfield has become upset with the fact that the office is full of african americans and that the office is always losing paperwork. maybe, after stretching it a little, the black hole statement had some racial intentions behind it.

its like we are reading half a story without much of a backdrop leading up to it.
