okay. she improperly represented herself. she mentioned she had 2 college degrees, etc. I took it to mean she's probably educated and the type of person I'd rent a room too. She's a white girl from Massachutes. I figured since we're both from the Northeast it'd be okay.


few weeks ago she uses my computer. i check the history and its like Miami-Dade Correctional. she was checking this site like once every day. so I mention it while I see her at the computer "Hey you seem stressed lately, what's going on ?"

she tells me the guy that used to visit her got arrested for ARMED ROBBERY and he has no bond, etc.


I'm worried. it seems like she dates rough characters ... she pays rent on time and there's never been any issues, but I'm uncertain about socializing with ppl that seem to only bwn felons.

don't get me wrong . . . i'm not being judgemental, but this isn't how I move. anyways, considering telling her I'm considering moving and ending our lease agreement.

and as for this chick, you need to get the strangers out of your house. last person i did a favor for threatened to kill me and cut my tires and shit when i kicked him out for nonpayment. i would have let him stay free for a while if he was trying, but he just sat around all day in my house with his dog and it pissed me off.

so i told him he had 3 weeks (how nice was i, he was already 5 weeks behind)

he used the whole time, got 2 free months, and the tires on my new car started ending up cut

then the fuckhead had the nerve to threaten my life over the phone knowing damn well i was on probation and couldnt even stick up for myself. so i had to go to the magistrate and file a report and get him arrested and on probation. he took it to trial and tried to bring my ex drug problem into it. he lost the case and was ordered to leave me alone for duration of probation.

he actually appealed and theres a date in superior court now. and if i have to be plaintiff in a jury trial, i'm gonna have to hire myself a lawyer for outside of the courtroom to make sure nothing damaging about my past or criminal record (totally irrelevant, all of it) comes out or ends up getting to my employer.

point is, i can take off for court, but i'll have to pay a retainer (and more if he becomes necessary), plus all the bullshit.

i lost nothing real on the "rent" he owed, so that doesnt count really. but i did lose about 4 brand new tires. and lawyer money

so now i would never take a roomate, unless i had an old old friend who was in a jam. and i'd not be charging a homeless friend rent, i'd want them to have their money to get a place.

SO YEAH ROOMATES SUCK, BEING NICE SUCKS. just toss the bitch if she makes you feel uncomfortable in YOUR home

yeah. plus i bailed the shithead out of jail for assault and affray right before all this started ( i didnt lose that though cause i didnt use a bondsman, his bond wasnt like one of my bonds it was REASONABLE, constitutional, etc). i ended up getting that back in the mail one day after all the drama, i guess after he went to court for it. even after everything, i wasn't evil enough to go see about getting it revoked (i mean only reason i called the cops to begin with was cause i didnt want to end up in trouble for snapping and fighting or anything, so i was trying to be teh bigger man).

and not to mention like 3-5 other guys since she moved in. i don't know of their records, but who wants to wonder about that sh!t.

someone's criminality and your roommate should never come up in conversation. the thing that really bugged me out was when i checked my mail and had a letter to her from the correctional facilty from the guy.

it just screams TRASHY to me. and i've come to identify her as such. which sucks, because she's really a nice person and all, but who allows themselves to be in situations like that. its just not a good look.
