Seoul Tower is beautiful and worth the trouble to get up there.

The DMZ tours are pretty neat. I didn't really like the invasion tunnels one, but there was another where you got to "cross" into North Korea and that was really bad ass.

Hit up the arcades and visit some temples, I wish I had done more of those things while I was there visiting

Korean food sucks major balls. The only tasteful thing they offer is korean barbecue...and even that is kinda generic since any kind of barbecue taste relatively good.
