Yeah, I hear that's not good. But then again, dogs have been eating bones for thousands of years probably so you never know.

i figured dogs (AND cats) had been eating bones for thousands of years without incident

then i saw some episode of rob & big that my friend made me watch where meaty "ate" a chicken bone and there was some sort of crisis

they've been eating raw bones for thousands of years.. and can eat them just fine

cooked on the other hand can/will splinter and be bad news

how big is the dog? The Australian shepherds out back can tear up some chicken bones - but they also eat roadkill. I'm not really worried.

well you should probably just watch her closely. obviously she swallowed them all w/o choking so...i guess the main worry is splintering within her tummy. if you see blood in her poo that is probably a red flag.

hopefully she'll be ok!

If I know her, she probably chewed them to dust while eating.

At least I hope so.

she will probably deal with it by taking a diarrhea shit in an area I generally walk barefoot (assuming history is an indicator)

my dog has done this and nothing happened, i guess i was lucky. i have since learned to keep chicken wing remnants out of reach for the pooch
