Laptop was bought new from Dell about two years ago as a graduation gift. My job provides a laptop so I don't need this one. Specs are as follows:
Intel Centrino Duo 1.83 GHz
2 GB RAM (987 MHz)
80 GB HDD
15.4" Liquid Crystal Display WSXGA+
8x DVD +/- RW
Windows XP MCE SP2
Microsoft Office 2003
Intel PROSet Wireless
