Ha ha. I've had this running joke about AWD and the twisties for several years now as a result of this place. Some of the kids here used to go nuts over some AWD bullshit. Every time I see a AWD Mazda MPV, Subaru Justy, or some other POS I'll claim that it must own the twisties. Some of my friends and co-workers do it too, but they don't know the full history of the joke.

sounds like my HS automotive teacher, with which i whole heartedly agree even tho we did have two vehicles with motors he always had it right.

on a side note, he also let us test various thicknesses of some aluminum import head, that a kid left in the shop for too long, with a sledge for about 30min one day. conclusion: not thick enough anywhere and its not a good idea to fail out of lincoln county tech classes.
