A coworker fucked up the redirect link for my company's website. I was like... wtf and she was like... our server is down. I'm like... no it's not, did you login and change a setting? She was like ... ... ... maybe. Two lines of code took down the whole website and she doesn't know html...

Because of her, we know have to do a full SOP documented change for anything we do on the website and to have approval from the boss... It takes more time to fill out the damn document to list a change that took 2 mins to do.
