I gotta say, I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one who was simply baffled by what the hell was with this game. And I love playing RPGs - virtually all the games I own are such. And I still couldn't force myself to finish this one - even though I rather enjoyed Xenogears.

Yes, they made Xenosaga II and Xenosaga III. According to wiki there were rumors of three more being made after that. Once I get time to be near my PS2 for more than a day then I will likely get around to finishing all three and the ever so elusive Final Fantasy XII. Also, in a parallel universe I will finish Star Ocean. That game was fun but the combat system was weird.

^ I haven't touched FFXII since the month it came out. It's not that I didn't like the game, I just never felt the strong urge to go back and continue playing it.

As far as Xenosaga goes, I played through about "half" and got stock at a boss battle. Never played it again. I got Xenosaga II as a gift over 2 years ago and I have yet to play it.
