not sure, it is a small lil stick, and the sticker states ddr pc2700 333mhz ram and its 1 gig. I bought it for my girl friends laptop cause its older and only has a sad 256 mgs of ram, and come to find out the max its supports is 512. So I'm moving and I need to sell it before it gets lost first $20 gets it. I'll even deliver if your with in 5 miles of nc state
