a cryptic message:
Quote : | "At approximately 6:50 p.m., DeKalb County Watershed Management officials were notified that the Scott Candler Water Plant lost power due to severe weather in the area. Watershed officials immediately started working to restore water pressure to the system. There are some reports of low to no water pressure in the affected areas. DeKalb County Health Department is aware of the situation and will work to notify area hospitals and restaurants. DeKalb County Watershed officials estimate the boil water advisory will be in effect for 24 to 48 hours.
