Driving down 40 friday and my truck pretty much blew up, its been having overheating problems and leaking oil. I have been putting water or coolant back in it frequently and checking/adding oil as needed.
I have been told that I have cracked the head or at least blown the head gasket which are both things that I can't fix, and im not sure it's worth getting fixed.
I was just posting to see if anyone wanted to buy it, buy it for parts, or had any suggestions of what to do with it.
We put a brand new alternator in 2 days before it blew up by the way, and it has a nice bed liner as well.
Tires have less then 10,000 miles, they are 75-R15/P225.
I can add pics before the weekend if anyone is interested. Thanks for any responses/suggestions.

I thought about doing that but everyone that I have asked so far said that there is no way they would take it back, I guess there is no harm in trying.

post some pics, an engine can be had for cheap and those trucks are worth a decent amount

junk it/sell it for a few hundred bucks. not worth messing with when you can just buy another one in good shape for $1-2k.

if it still runs, leave it out with the keys in it and collect insurance money
