i had a somewhat visible 6 pack over a year ago but with school and eating at the wrong hours i weigh as much as furshia now.

any specific exercises you guys would recommend ?

I've found that rubbing melted butter on my stomach makes my 6 pack stick out

diet is big when youre trying to get abs. keep carbs somewhat limited. salt low. cut sugar. when you do eat carbs, try to have complex carbs (brown rice, whole grain wheat). also, dont do endless crunches. do weighted exercises. its a muscle like anything else. doing something you can do 50 times wont cause the muscle to grow that much.

I have a 6 pack, don't run, and don't do excersizes to issolate my abs.....

^yeah...but you do tons of other shit that most people don't want to do


diet, cardio, and ab exercises are pretty simple and general things you can do to get good abs.

i rarely do ab exercises. and i eat however much i want (though i try to limit fast food to twice a week). just eat somewhat sensible and work out 4x a week. actually work out, not dick around with 30 reps while watching tv

ugh, a 'toner'. toning does not exist. 'tone' is from either a) gaining muscle, b) losing fat. you dont put on different types of muscle by lifting heavy or light. its not like pointier muscles emerge from lifting light and bulky blobs emerge from 3rep deadlifts

also, its not wail'ing on self image at all. i spend 4 hours a week in the gym and i wouldnt really spend more time of if i didnt have anything else to do. you dont need to spend a ton of time to get in shape. people just dont want to eat right and work hard for 4 hours when they dont have to. and its not purely image based. i play a sport. i feel healthier when im in shape. etc.

training is also a huge source of fun, escape, and release.

i've got a 6 pack, an 8 pack if i haven't eaten, because i'm skinny enough for two tiny ass muscles that don't exist on normal people stick out of my skinny frame.
