Let me start off by saying I have absolutely ZERO experience with wiring anything like this. I'm not sure exactly here to begin. I'm not worried about programming or controlling the device from the computer. I just don't know where to begin with wiring the device to the motors. I know I'll have to supply power from an external source, but the details are lost on me. Anyone have any suggestions, reading material, diagrams for something like this?

i did some stuff with a PCI-DIO card connected to the relays of what i wanted to control

it was kinda cool, but i had to write some software
