what i can't figure out is why there's no zip+4 barcode at the bottom AND why they didn't cancel/postmark the stamp...

i would have thought dnl walked to my house and put it in my mailbox but it's one of those lots-of-mailboxes-in-one-box type things, so there's no way he could have put it in there...

no, they usually print a barcode on the bottom of flats that has the zip info in it to make it easier for the sorting machines
