i shower every morning regardless of whether or not I have to go to work or not. and yes, I work out 7 days a week. I do not lift weights every day, but even on the days I don't lift I run. Hence, I break a sweat. Hence, I take a shower. If you don't shower after you break a heavy sweat, then you have more to worry about than dry skin or natural resources
