i've been doing it lately and i wake up much more refreshed and i also wake up at a normaly time. like 7 or 8am.

before i'd wake up at noon or 1pm and feel just as tired and lazy and i would never be totally productive at work. i think it was becoming obvious to my coworkers that i was sleeping in mostly.

turning in at 11pm tonight . . . and i should be able to get up at 8am or whenever my blackberry goes off and hit the gym and go into the office.

When does your job start if you can get up at noon and show up on time?

i'm up. this is proof of how beneficial going to bed early is. going on a walk and then cooking breakfast. i'll go back to bed again, but around noon i think i'll hit the gym.

If you were the nicest ever like me

You could go to bed late and still get up early

Sleeping more than 4 hours is just a waste

If I could have one super power - it would be to not have to sleep.

You could get twice as much stuff done!

I was planning on going to bed early last night, but I don't think I actually got to sleep until 2ish.

some days i gotta be out the door before the sun comes up. so im pretty used to going to bed early.

i agree with the 4 hours thing... not that its a waste. but on the nights that i do stay up past about 1am, i am tired when i wake up and i'm tired all day long. if i'm in bed by like 12, i'm ok the next day. but i guess i should really be in bed by 9 or 10. i cant do that though it hurts my feelings

9 or 10pm would be some real adult shit to do. can't imagine going to bed that early. 11pm is a good time for me. i feel refreshed in the morning and more up for the gym once my day starts.
