She came up to dumbells and started doing hammer curls with a damn 85 pound dumbell and I was doing curls with 50. I just put the weights up and went to some else. Actually bodybuilders aren't powerlifters. They aren't really that strong (on average; obviously there are exceptions) I don't know of any female bodybuilders who press 300lbs but I do know of powerlifters who do-- but thats an entirely different sport.

Yes- I'm a bodybuilder. But, I compete in the NPC's Figure division which is considered the "least muscular" of all female bodybuilding.
