I am a recent grad from NCSU and working in RTP now. I just bought a house in Trailwood Hills(just a few minutes away from NCSU) and am looking to find roommates for the other two bedrooms. My house is 1700 square feet with a two car garage and nice sized deck. I am looking for around $400 a month plus utilities (Road Runner, Direct TV with DVR, gas, water, electric) but is negotiable for the right people. Please let me know if you are interested. Forgot to add that washer and dryer is included
