Do you ever use Wikipedia?? In its simplest form, it is a misheard word that results in a combination of a new word or phrase, misheard lyrics being the most often made example.

Consider the phrase "All of the other reindeer". "All of" sounds like olive. Therefore, one might interpret this to mean "Olive, the other reindeer", but let's hope not, as this might result in a crappily voiced, Fox Christmas special.
