Gwyneth Paltrow speaking Arabic in A Perfect Murder was unexpected and funny.

I thought the Red Dragon was highly poetic.

actually, those of you who are disturbed by Saw, Jeepers Creepers, etc, should be sticking to sesame street. those movies are obviously full of bullshit, and are more comedic than scary. at least i find them funny. anyway, HORROR MOVIES ARE FOR TEENS.

and anyway, i am NOT talking about scary/horror movies, but movies which are disturbing, in the real sense. you can almost see those things happening in the movies i listed, to you, or to someone you know or live close to. i was totally able to put myself in the shoes of the victims in the movies, and that really scared me/saddened me. of course i have seen all 3 before, but that was yers ago. this time around, i appreciated them a lot more.

^ oh yeah, agreed.

I can get over the horror movies with creatures as the bad guys (Jeepers Creepers, Alien movies, etc.)... but the ones like Saw, Texas Chainsaw Massacre, and the like (where PEOPLE are the bad guys) all scare me for weeks to months when I am alone. Especially when I was working on the turkey farm on weekends... Lucky1 would make me watch a scary movie with him Friday night, then Saturday mornings as I was by myself in the enclosed buildings I was always afraid someone would be behind the door to get me. I would like run out of the turkey house once I got through with the last pen.

That's part of my problem too.

^ thats why you carry a gun with you. Bullets usually beat most human bad guys.

^^ I didn't have my hand gun at the time... but you can bet I had a knife with me. If I were to be tied up, I could have gotten myself out!

^ True!

I always assumed that he could punch me in the face and knock me out before I could get my knife out of my pocket. Unless it was hot outside, in which case I was usually wearing gym shorts, but had my knife in my hand at all times. I'm making myself sound so paranoid! I may be tough in some aspects, but I am so scared of some stuff!
