It's pretty common for big news outlets to have people stationed all over the place. I once asked a USA Today reporter if she was based around here, and she looked at me like I was retarded and said, "No, we're in Washington." I didn't feel like explaining to her that I wasn't dumb enough to think USA Today was based in Raleigh, so I just nodded.

We do have ants. I can spray poison where they usually go only if there aren't actually any ants there at the time. If there are ants, I have to make my bf do it and leave the room.

You guys are analyzing this way too much. If I were starving in the woods, I'd kill something and eat it. If I or someone I love was being attacked, I'd kill whatever was attacking me. But in normal day-to-day situations I try not to kill things.

I'd prefer fish, but if we're sticking with my woods example that might not be so easy. I honestly haven't thought up a plan of which animals I would prefer to kill over others versus which ones are easier to kill.
