HALP!

I've got this Fake.AV virus/trojan thing as mentioned in this article here: http://www.darkreading.com/document.asp?doc_id=158651

It's annoying and nasty and fake BSOD's me and messes with my shit so much it's driving me crazy. The worst part is that Avast isn't cleaning it out.

Can anyone recommend a free cleaner or something to boot this spyware/malware shit out of my PC?
