should i just flat out tell the guy i wanna buy it?

can i use the whole copyright/tm/patent line to acquire it with little cost?

there are laws against squatting, but they aren't really enforced without a big stash of money. just make an offer and see if he bites.

I just use "hello" when cold-calling someone. If the email is pertaining to an online advertisement, URL, name, or company, I'll include that in the RE: line just to let them know up front I'm a human bieng.
