well not abusing it, but using it when I don't really need it

I guess I can use it for sleep, since I always have a tough time sleeping

but I think after I've gotten a night's sleep with it, I don't feel rested, but irritable

I have been, but I fell out of my exercise routine and don't get enough activity right now. I'm in good health now so I'm as antsy as ever to do something besides sit on my ass.

The answer to this problem might come this Tuesday assuming I can follow through and not have tiny little balls about something... Could be a lot of fun too.
