What remote support software do you use?

Dual desk? UltraVNC?

at work we use a combo of Remote Desktop and http://www.logmein.com, which I LOVE because it's a simple install and it's free.

I use logmein for personal things, like fixing my family's computer and I use it between my work pc and home pc for assorted things.

logmein OR hamachi/ultravnc

in my experience, hamachi/ultravnc has been more reliable, but not significantly so

Umm... I guess "bring it in so I can take a look at it" is technically "wetware" and not software right?
