they doublecharged both my books and distance ed videos last week which flipped my checking upside down and i got a bunch of fees. they credited my account already for the 2nd charge, but i wonder if i can make them pay my bank fees. what do u think tww? 8/18/2008 4:34:02 PM |

most banks consider this as a type of fraud and waive the fees. I would ask them without thinking twice.

they could look at the charge list and clearly see that you were charged twice, and then see that the charges were refunded after they applied their fees. Its not like you'd have to prove anything, just tell them what happened, I doubt they'd argue. 8/18/2008 5:42:14 PM |
