Pine Ridge apartments in Durham? It's at Southpoint

I can't look at the apartments cause apparently they're 100% occupied and they don't even have a model so I pretty much have to sign the lease blindfolded. Anyone have any pictures of the inside? I'm moving into the biggest 1 bedroom.

Also, anything you might have heard about the place, safety, noise etc. would be helpful.

I thought that place wasn't all that super safe. Are those the new apartments they built inside the shopping center? Don't live there. That shit will be loud all the time, even with double thick walls.

No they're not the ones inside the shopping center...it's on the other side of the mall. I'd like to run away, but I work at Duke so I gotta move closer...40's pissing me off.

And I know it's not the greatest title...i'm just trying to get some information.

If these are the ones that are on the corner of fayetteville and renaissance on the side where the best buy/old navy are, one of my wife's coworkers lives there, and really likes it there.
